How long will it take to create my personalized jewelry?

Personalized items are made to order and take approximately 10-14 business days to create unless otherwise noted. Our turnaround time is only an estimation, as personalized items are handmade to perfection and take time. Production may take slightly longer during busy times (i.e holidays)

How long will my non-personalized jewelry take?

Non Personalized items are shipped within 3 business days.

If a non-personalized item was purchased with a personalized item, it will ship together with the personalized item. (*we reserve the right to ship items together or separately)

• Wipe your jewelry daily with a specialized jewelry cloth to keep it looking sparkly and clean.
• As our jewelry is delicate, we advise not to wear it during sport activities.
• It's best to put your jewelry on last when getting dressed to avoid contact with lotions or perfumes.
• We recommend to keep your jewelry out of contact wit harsh chemicals such as chlorine.
